A warehouse operations system needed dependable receipt and issue workflows, material tracking, inventory state management, reporting, and responsive processing across day-to-day movements.

The operating problem

Inventory changes are operational events, not simple form submissions. Each movement needed a clear state, traceable history, and reliable effect on the wider stock picture.

One commerce system from storefront to operations.

A new drop-shipping platform required a customer storefront and a complete operational layer for sourcing, vendors, orders, payments, routing, administration, and internal escalation.

The operating problem

The customer experience was only one side of the product. Behind it, multiple parties and processes had to coordinate around product sourcing, vendor decisions, order state, payment status, and exceptions.
